Step 2, Got questions? Fire away! Schedule a time to chat over the phone or video call. We’ll help you select a package that fits your business needs, and any add-on services, and answer any burning questions about the process + investment. Consultations are free of charge to you as a prospective client.

Will you accept this Rose?

Step 3, and you liked what you’ve heard. You’ll receive a custom proposal that includes your package, estimated timeline, project start date, and payment options.

After submitting your signed proposal, we’ll proceed to a contract and invoice. Once you give that proposal your approval, we’re ready to start!

It’s a Deal!

Step 4, It’s a Deal!-Your contract will include the responsibilities of Joyful Rose Creative and you, as the client. You’ll officially agree, and submit a retainer fee to secure your project on our schedule. After the contract is onboarding

  • We recommend contacting us within 2 to 4 weeks of your project. We can provide more detailed timelines after we’ve talked about your needs.

  • The “Full Bloom Brand” process takes approximately 6-8 weeks and the “Signature Scent Mini Brand” process takes approximately 2-4 weeks from start to launch and can vary based on client feedback and/or content delays.

  • Yes! Our packages include a one-of-a-kind brand design. We are excited to create unique, one-of-a-kind designs, to align with your unique vision and goals. Perfect if you plan to trademark your logo.

  • We sure can! I have worked with clients all over the US. If you have access to email, phone or Zoom we are good to go (thanks technology!).

  • We design all websites on the Squarespace platform.

  • Me, of course! We’ll work 1:1 to develop your exceptional brand and website. It includes our brand and web strategy sessions, monthly check-in calls, and regular communication each step of the way.

  • You’re in good hands! I hand-picked these platforms because they’re not just designed powerhouses but also super user-friendly. You don’t need to be a tech wizard to rock it!   • It’s important to us that you love the design we create. Our proven process is strategically crafted to have a strong direction at every turn. We start with in-depth strategy and a visual mood board before we design. Ensuring I hit the mark and deliver your brand with accuracy.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t include photography services in our branding process, but we highly recommend investing in professional photos to boost your online presence.

    The good news is, that we offer creative direction as an additional service. We are happy to help you strategize your full shoot so that their brand photography perfectly complements your brand identity that we create.

    If you’re looking for help in finding a top-notch photographer or if you’d like us to be there on the day of the shoot, we’re here to lend a hand. If you have photos you’d like us to review to see if they’d be suitable for your upcoming project with us, we’re more than happy to look over them before we complete a proposal.
